In the winter of 2009, cARTel's resident clown troupe, Everybody Nose, put on an all-clown version of A Christmas Carol at the Powerhouse Theatre in Venice. The show was a fun, comedic interpretation of the classic Christmas tale, told through the unique perspective of our wonderful clown troupe.

After being introduced to our clowns through an on-stage audition process, the audience got to see the clowns themselves put on a production of a Christmas Carol, told by our silent clowns with the aid of music, movement, a big cardboard storybook and the occasional powerpoint presentation. This, combined with hot cocoa, clown ushers, and a healthy dose of audience interaction, made the show a joyful, uproarious production of an old classic, truly fun for the whole family.
